According to [Foundermag](https://foundermag.co/deals/streak/), [Streak](https://www.streak.com/pricing), a CRM that runs inside Gmail, charges [$49 per user a month for Pro on annual billing and $59 on monthly].

That makes the monthly-billing option a $10-per-user premium, which is the kind of gap that adds up quickly for teams who, like those wiring up follow-ups with tools such as [Activepieces](https://www.activepieces.com), already watch their software spend closely.

Streak pricing refers to the tiered per-user subscription plans for Streak, a CRM that runs inside Gmail, including each plan's seat-based fees, feature and usage limits, and optional add-ons that together determine what a team actually pays.

The Enterprise price is published: $129 per user per month billed annually, or $159 billed monthly. [Getpulsesignal](https://getpulsesignal.com/changes/streak) reports that Enterprise runs $129 to $159, though custom billing options and terms are available through sales.

### The plan table, checked against Streak's pricing page

Read the "Unpublished" cells as gaps you must close with Streak before signing, not as zeroes. The table below shows what's confirmed per plan and what isn't. Prices were last checked 31 October 2026.

| Plan | Per user/month, annual | Per user/month, monthly | Daily mail merge sends | AI credits | Automation access |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | 50 per day | Unpublished | Unpublished |
| Enterprise | $129 | $159 | Unpublished | Unpublished | Unpublished |

The chart that follows plots the per-seat prices, annual against monthly.

### What 'per user' means on the invoice

Take a ten-person team. Pro at $49 means it pays $490 a month on annual billing, and $590 on monthly. That $100 gap is the price of keeping the option to leave.

At Enterprise, the same ten seats cost $1,290 annually or $1,590 monthly, a $300 difference every month you don't commit.

Anyone who can open the shared pipeline needs a seat, so occasional viewers still count.

### What the pricing page doesn't say

The page lists Pro+ at $69 per user a month on annual billing, and it publishes mail merge caps, AI credit allowances and automation scope.

**You find out about a cap you can't read when a send fails, so get each number in writing before you model costs.**

## Streak renewal invoice versus budget example

At 9:10 on a Tuesday, the renewal invoice for this modelled 12-person team arrives **$2,880 over budget**, because the budget priced one plan and the invoice billed another. This is an illustrative case, not a customer story.

![A modelled 12-person team: Pro budget against Pro+ invoice](https://ap-marketing-media.fra1.cdn.digitaloceanspaces.com/uploads/94b33df3-1e45-41bc-8d9c-e38bddbdfa7f/streak-pricing-2026-plans-per-user-costs-add-ons-b476fdbe.svg "Source: Streak")

Twelve seats on Pro with annual billing came to [$7,056 per year](https://www.streak.com/pricing) in the team's budget. That works out to $588 per seat per year.

Nobody questioned it, because it only holds if every seat stays on Pro.

### Streak Pro+ annual billing cost per seat

When the invoice came in, it read [$9,936 per year](https://www.streak.com/pricing) on Pro+ with annual billing, or $828 per seat, which means the entire cost's paid upfront.

Somewhere during the year, limits on Pro had been hit and the team had moved up to Pro+. Nobody revised the budget, so the finance line still said Pro.

The invoice was correct; the budget was wrong.

*(chart)*

**At 41% above the original budget**, that gap can't be absorbed as rounding. Someone has to find the money or justify the plan.

### The cost in dollars and hours

Start with the dollars: the $2,880 difference, due on one invoice rather than spread over the year, so the expense hits all at once instead of gradually.

Harder to price, but just as real, are the hours. The person who owns the invoice has to find out who upgraded and when, and why the budget was never updated.

Then they have to ask finance for an exception, and decide whether Pro+ is worth keeping or whether the team can go back to Pro.

Set a rule before renewal and that work moves to a calmer date: check the plan each seat is on, and compare it with the budget line.

## Limits and Hidden Costs Behind the Invoice Gap

Once someone compared each seat with its plan, the gap came down to five causes, found in this order:

- Seats nobody used
- Features gated to Pro and above
- A mail merge cap of 50 a day on Free against 1,500 on paid plans
- AI credit limits and top-ups
- Export and switching cost

When a colleague leaves, their seat keeps billing until someone deletes it. Nobody gets an alert, so the charge sits there until a person reads the seat list line by line.

![An empty coat on a hook with coins dropping from its pocket](https://ap-marketing-media.fra1.cdn.digitaloceanspaces.com/uploads/08d828d2-0428-46eb-bdbf-6a9800edc908/streak-pricing-2026-plans-per-user-costs-add-ons-d51f5707.webp)

It only fails when someone clicks it: a feature that appears in the product but needs Pro or above. The team then upgrades seats it hadn't budgeted for, or abandons the workflow.

On Free, **mail merge allows 50 sends a day**, and paid plans allow 1,500. A campaign to 400 contacts therefore stalls for eight days on Free, with no error you would notice until replies stop arriving.

Moving to a paid plan fixes it, and adds a seat charge that wasn't in the plan.

A seat price rations automation by headcount: each new hire is another line on the invoice, so a handful of people get the tool and the rest queue for it.

![What extra Streak AI credit packs cost each month](https://ap-marketing-media.fra1.cdn.digitaloceanspaces.com/uploads/f24a2a54-6113-46f4-a874-87ced5132ded/streak-pricing-2026-plans-per-user-costs-add-ons-3aba504e.svg "Source: PricingSaaS")

[Activepieces](https://www.activepieces.com) bills on credits consumed, with unlimited flows on every plan and 1,000 credits a month on Free, so a new colleague adds nothing until a run of theirs uses credits.

Alan and Funding Societies run production automation on it, and the credit structure is printed on its pricing page.

### Add-ons such as AI credit packs

For extra AI credits, packs are sold, according to [PricingSaaS](https://pricingsaas.com/companies/streak).

1,000 credits cost $100 a month, which is 10 cents a credit. 2,500 credits cost $200, so the rate drops to 8 cents. 10,000 credits cost $500, or 5 cents. 25,000 credits cost $1,000, or 4 cents.

Per credit, the larger packs look cheaper. But a team that buys one commits to that monthly figure whether or not it uses the credits.

Leaving costs staff hours. Pipelines, notes and email history have to be exported and rebuilt elsewhere, so the price of staying is partly the price of the move you'd otherwise make.

## Streak Against Pipedrive, HubSpot and Copper on Cost

Because Streak's cost case rests on living inside Gmail, the fair comparison against Pipedrive, HubSpot and [Copper](https://www.copper.com/pricing) is what each one needs before it does the same job.

Pipelines, notes and email history have to be exported and rebuilt elsewhere, so the price of staying is partly the price of the move you'd otherwise make.

Prices change, so check the pricing page before relying on any figure here.

Read each vendor's own pricing page on the day you decide, and date your notes.

### Entry price and seat cost at 12 users

Don't multiply the number on the front of the pricing page by twelve. It's the entry price, and it's the wrong one. Multiply the price of the tier that includes the features you need, because that's the tier you'll be invoiced for.

![Small cheap chair in the window, big armchair with big tag behind](https://ap-marketing-media.fra1.cdn.digitaloceanspaces.com/uploads/15ce7ab3-830b-4a75-b410-4d2b67890689/streak-pricing-2026-plans-per-user-costs-add-ons-de079a63.webp)

To see what you add on top, look at how each tool relates to the inbox in the table.

| Vendor | Gmail-native or separate | What that does to the bill |
|---|---|---|
| Streak | Gmail-native, runs inside the inbox | Nothing extra to connect, but every seat that touches a pipeline is a paid seat |
| Pipedrive | Separate app | Email has to be synced in, so the plan that allows it sets your real price |
| HubSpot | Separate platform | Gmail's connected to it, and gated features can push you up a tier |
| Copper | Separate CRM built around Google Workspace | Closest to Streak in feel, still billed as its own product |

Take away the entry price. For each vendor, find the cheapest plan that does what you use daily, and multiply that by twelve.

### Plans that include email sync and automation

In each of these tools, email sync and automation sit behind a plan boundary, and that boundary is where a quote stops matching the invoice.

Check three things on every pricing page: which plan syncs email both ways, which plan runs automations, and whether either carries a cap on volume.

When you hit a cap mid-quarter, it fails quietly, and you find out from a stalled workflow instead of an error.

If your team lives outside Gmail, Streak is the wrong choice, because its value disappears without the inbox. It's also a poor fit if you need a standalone CRM that non-Gmail users, such as finance or support, open daily.

Each of those people becomes a seat, and a seat is the line that grows.

## Where Activepieces Fits a Streak Setup

Activepieces can send you a reminder before the seat count grows again, but it doesn't change what Streak charges and it doesn't replace Streak.

It's an MIT-licensed automation tool that connects the apps a team already uses across 746 integrations, and if an integration you need is missing, one can be generated with AI and added privately.

### Streak renewal and seat count reminders

Make the renewal date impossible to miss: that is the useful job here, and it is small. A renewal that nobody was watching is how a seat count from last spring gets billed again this year without anyone deciding it should.

![Wall calendar with one date circled beside a row of chairs](https://ap-marketing-media.fra1.cdn.digitaloceanspaces.com/uploads/a202e8e3-37a2-47cd-910f-a876193b6437/streak-pricing-2026-plans-per-user-costs-add-ons-3336fed4.webp)

Activepieces can run a scheduled flow that sends a reminder to whoever owns the budget, so the review happens while there's still time to change the number of seats.

A run costs 1 credit however many steps it has, and the free plan includes 1,000 credits a month, so the reminder adds no seat and no new line to the budget.

In the illustration below, which shows the shape of it, Streak's pipeline, with its deal cards, sits at the left; a spreadsheet and a calendar sit at the right.

One Activepieces flow links them, and a single arrow leads to a reminder dated 30 days before renewal.

The reminder is the point, and the rest is plumbing that feeds it. Whoever receives the reminder still has to do the checking: open the pricing page, count the people who actually log in, and decide.

After the illustration, the question is what the reminder should carry. A date alone is thin. Pair it with the current seat list, kept in the spreadsheet, so the person reading it can compare names against real use.

### Exporting Streak pipeline data to other tools

Pipeline data can also be moved out of Streak into a spreadsheet or another tool your team already uses, whether by an export or by a flow you build.

That matters for cost in one narrow way: if a contractor or part-time colleague only needs to see deal status, a shared sheet may serve them without a Streak seat.

Whether that's acceptable depends on your plan terms and on how current that person needs the data to be.

Flows are unlimited on every plan, free included, so the number of syncs you build doesn't change the bill. Then go back to the Streak side, where the actual decision gets made.

## Team renewal rules

Five Monday tasks, each tied to a person or a date, settled the Streak decision. A renewal invoice can no longer be the first time anyone sees the seat count.

We did them in the order below, and the order matters: the owner comes first because every later step needs someone to run it.

1. Name one seat-count owner.
2. Run a seat audit every quarter.
3. Put a calendar date 30 days before renewal.
4. Save the plan table with the date you checked it.
5. Set a per-seat ceiling that triggers a review.

Steps one and two are about people, three and four about paper, and five about the number that forces a decision.

### Streak seat audit and who owns it

One named person owns this, not "the admin team." Seats are billed whether or not anyone logs in, so a departed contractor still costs money until someone removes them.

Each quarter, the owner compares the paid seat list against people who actually work in the pipelines, and removes or reassigns the rest. If nobody's name is on it, nobody does it.

### Renewal date and price re-check

Thirty days before renewal is the last point at which you can still act on what you find, which is why the calendar date sits there. Any later and the renewal is effectively automatic.

On that date, open the pricing page, copy the plan table, and save it with the day you checked it. Plan limits and add-ons change without notice, so a dated copy tells you whether the terms moved or your memory did.

Pick a per-seat cost you won't exceed, counting add-ons and the tier your limits force you onto, not the sticker price.

When the real figure crosses it, the owner opens an alternatives review. The ceiling doesn't say you must leave. It says the question gets asked on purpose, before the invoice asks it for you.

## Frequently asked questions

Five questions are left open by the body below. Each answer points to the Streak page that settles it, as read on 2026-10-31. Treat the pages, not these summaries, as the record, because a plan can change after the check date.

### Does Streak have a free plan?

Streak's pricing page has listed a free tier, so look there first. The price matters less than the limits on that row, because a free plan that caps what your team uses daily is a trial that ends without a notice.

Read the caps before you build a workflow on it.

### Is Streak cheaper billed annually than monthly?

The pricing page has a billing toggle, and annual billing is usually the lower rate per seat. The catch is that you're committing to a seat count for the term, so a team that shrinks pays for empty seats.

Compare the two rates against your real headcount, not your hoped-for one.

### Can I downgrade a Streak plan mid-term?

Streak's billing and terms pages decide this, and the answer can differ between monthly and annual plans. Don't assume a mid-term downgrade comes with a refund.

![Streak per-seat prices on annual and monthly billing](https://ap-marketing-media.fra1.cdn.digitaloceanspaces.com/uploads/30ae09ac-329c-4314-88b6-ae1ec0012c7b/streak-pricing-2026-plans-per-user-costs-add-ons-4b8437c1.svg "Source: Foundermag")

Get the answer in writing from support before you rely on it, and save the reply with its date.

### Does Streak charge for users who only view pipelines?

Count anyone who logs in and acts on a pipeline as a seat unless the pricing page says otherwise. A viewer discount, if one exists, will be named there.

If it isn't named, a colleague who only checks the pipeline on Fridays is still a seat on your invoice.

### Can I export my data if I cancel Streak?

Streak's help center documents exporting pipeline data, and you should run an export before you need one. A test export shows which fields come out and which stay behind.

Do it well ahead of renewal, since cancelling is a bad moment to learn what a CSV leaves out.
