AI Launch Week Day 3: Universal Image AI

Activepieces now includes a built-in Image Generation AI Piece connected with models like bytedance/sdxl-lightning-4step, stability-ai/stable-diffusion, black-forest-labs/flux-schnell, and openai/dall-e! Users can quickly create an image generation bot in under 5 minutes, with no credentials required. 🎨✨

When Activepieces launched, ChatGPT had just emerged. Around that time, @aboudzein, an early adopter and contributor, began developing an OpenAI integration for the platform. Today, it’s one of the most popular pieces, enabling users to explore creative possibilities. Along the way, we saw a gap in providing large language models (LLMs) for no-code users, with easy integration across services.

A main challenge we found is that no-code users prefer not to handle credentials. In all native pieces, credentials are either pre-set in the cloud or quickly set up by an admin for self-hosted. This setup makes it simple for everyone to use AI without technical barriers.
