Wafeq Triggers
New Invoice
Fires every time a new invoice is created in Wafeq. Useful for logging sales to a spreadsheet, posting to Slack, or syncing to another system.
New Bill
Fires when a new bill from a supplier is created. Useful for approval workflows — e.g. post the new bill to a Slack channel for a manager to authorize.
New Contact
Fires every time a new customer or supplier is added to your Wafeq address book. Useful for syncing new customers to HubSpot, Mailchimp, or your CRM.
New Payment Received
Fires every time a payment is recorded in Wafeq. Great for celebrating revenue in Slack, triggering commission calculations, or sending the customer a receipt.

Create Invoice
Create a new sales invoice for a customer.
Report Invoice to Tax Authority
Submit an invoice to the tax authority (ZATCA in Saudi Arabia, FTA in UAE). The invoice must already be finalized in Wafeq before you can report it.
Create Contact
Add a new customer or supplier to your Wafeq address book so you can invoice them or record bills from them.
Find Contact
Search your Wafeq contacts by name, email, phone, or tax number. Useful for checking if a customer already exists before creating a new one.
Create Bill
Record a bill you received from a supplier (e.g. a vendor invoice you need to pay).
Record Payment
Record money received from a customer (paying an invoice) or money sent to a supplier (paying a bill).
Create Simplified Invoice
Create a simplified (retail) tax invoice — used for walk-in / over-the-counter sales, especially in Saudi Arabia under ZATCA. Use a regular invoice for B2B sales instead.
Create Credit Note
Issue a credit note to a customer — used when you refund them, correct an overcharge, or take back goods. A credit note reduces how much the customer owes you.
Create Quote
Send a customer a quote (also called an estimate). Quotes can later be converted into an invoice with the "Convert Quote to Invoice" action.
Convert Quote to Invoice
Turn a customer-accepted quote into a real invoice. The new invoice copies the customer, line items, and totals from the quote.
Download Invoice PDF
Download an invoice as a PDF. You can attach the file to a Gmail / Outlook email, save it to Google Drive or Dropbox, or upload it anywhere else in the flow.
Create Item
Add a product or service to your Wafeq catalog. Catalog items can be quickly added to invoices, bills, and quotes without retyping descriptions or prices.
List Items
List products and services from your Wafeq catalog. Useful for syncing your catalog to a spreadsheet or another system.
List Accounts
