Fires every time a new invoice is created in Wafeq. Useful for logging sales to a spreadsheet, posting to Slack, or syncing to another system.

Submit an invoice to the tax authority (ZATCA in Saudi Arabia, FTA in UAE). The invoice must already be finalized in Wafeq before you can report it.

Search your Wafeq contacts by name, email, phone, or tax number. Useful for checking if a customer already exists before creating a new one.

Record money received from a customer (paying an invoice) or money sent to a supplier (paying a bill).

Issue a credit note to a customer — used when you refund them, correct an overcharge, or take back goods. A credit note reduces how much the customer owes you.

Turn a customer-accepted quote into a real invoice. The new invoice copies the customer, line items, and totals from the quote.
